We start by setting the purpose and what success might look like for you. Sessions are then focused on working towards this.

We reflect and review this purpose on a regular basis and adjust as things change.

Purpose might include:

This program leads you through a series of 3 sessions and phone calls to set your strategy and turn it into action so that you can act with purpose.

We’ll build….

  • a clear and measurable goal

  • what can be done to achieve it - essentially the who, how and what

  • prioritised set of impacts and deliverables

  • a picture of what you can influence and what you can control

  • two action plans you’ll put into practice

  • a schedule for effective time management

  • a way to respond to change

  • an approach you can use now and in the future

Krista is able to listen really well and draw out major themes clearly and easily. I enjoyed how Krista instinctively knew the next piece of work we needed to do to understand the inner workings of our business better. However, she did not prescribe change or fixes, she gave me the guidance to use methods to help guide our own understanding and decision making.

  • learn an approach to starting out you can apply now and in the future

  • build better understanding of what’s involved

  • grow insight from which you can make decisions

  • design a plan to take you to launch and beyond

It was fun and lighthearted and at the same time very insightful.
I am more focused and aware of where I need to place more effort and energy.
