Business for Good

It all started when…

I worked for a Social Enterprise in London in my late 20s. The model of ‘business for good’ made sense to me. Now it seems like it’s a necessity.

Flight’s vision is that the meaning of ‘success’ is redefined. To one where:

  • Organisations are considered successful when they support life and solve problems, without exploiting planet and people along the way.

  • Profit supports the mahi as opposed to being the only measure that counts.

Flight’s purpose is to help navigate the transition to a new way of working and living that is sustainable, where planet and people thrive.

It’s about acknowledging the challenges we face including the climate crises and doing something about it. Designing as we go, because no-one has the blueprint right now.

Outcomes

Flight helps people to find ways to work, live & do business without harming planet and people in the process. We do this by:

  • Enabling clarity of purpose

  • Providing expertise on how to be purpose driven

  • Improving capability and well-being via coaching and mentoring

  • Facilitate improvements for better impact

  • Gift services and discounts to purpose driven organisations incl social enterprises, impact companies and charities

When you engage Flight you’ll be helping make this happen.

We’d love to do more, if you’ve got ideas of how - get in touch!
